Each week, Chef Nixon prepares new menus using only the freshest local and seasonal ingredients. His suppliers’ high standards and ethical practices provide Element 112 with the highest quality products.
Monday through Thursday, our Chef’s Tasting Menu is $35/guest and is subject to change daily – substitutions cannot be made. On Friday and Saturday, the Chef’s Tasting Menu features course choices, and is $59/guest.
Certified Sommelier Mark Maruszak’s unique wine pairings perfectly complement any of the offerings on our menus.
Guests are welcome to bring wines not represented on our wine list; however there will be a fee of $25 for each 750 ml bottle and is limited to one bottle per two guests.
