Each week, Chef Nixon prepares new menus using only the freshest local and seasonal ingredients. His suppliers’ high standards and ethical practices provide Element 112 with the highest quality products. We invite our guests to share any food allergies or food preferences prior to dining with us, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan, as Chef can make accommodations accordingly.

Guests are welcome to bring wines not represented on our wine list; however there will be a fee of $25 for each 750 ml bottle and is limited to one bottle per two guests.
